We specialize in very-low-moisture carpet cleaning with encapsulation solutions for best results. With this method, there’s no more long hoses and soaked carpets.

What’s more, we use pre-agitation machines like counter-rotating brushes to scrub and remove dust, dirt, and  other allergens, and pollutants that regular cleaning methods can’t do. 

However depending on the state of your carpets we offer hot water extraction as well. So rest assured we are prepared for that task as well.

Q.​ Will my stains come out?

A. Most stains will come out and rest assured our specialist's

have the skills and knowledge to tackle the toughest stains. If a 

stain has been judged as permanent our technicians will 

discuss with you our special treatment method moving forward.

A. ​​That's a great question! ​INTEGRIS ​offers VERY-LOW-MOISTURE

cleaning systems with an incredible 1 hour dry time​. With steam cleaning

We have about a 2/3 hour dry time.

Q. Do you charge for deodorizer and every stain like other companies? 

A. Generally, we do not! ​What sets us apart from all the other companies

is that we are a flat fee company. We are able to get most stains out

with our normal process and that is covered in our flat fee. Some

stains need extra attention that falls outside of our normal flat fee 

process, but rest assured you found the cleaners with integrity!

Q. Will cleaning my carpets help with my allergies?

and even dust mites!

A.  We suggest every 12 to 18 months, at the very least.

that regular vacuums can't get. Our CRB machines amaze every customer once we get

all the debris out that lingers. While your carpet may seem clean at times, our cleaning

system removes what you can't see for a fresh, healthy and BEAUTIFUL appearance.

WHY CHOOSE LOW MOISTURE VS STEAM CLEANING?

Steam cleaning is actually hot water extraction. There is no steam involved whatsoever. Hot or warm

water is mixed with a detergent and sprayed on the carpet at anywhere between 100-1200 psi, and in

some cases even more! Then, the water is extracted (sucked) from the carpet. Now what is actually

happening is the carpet is being pressured cleaned. There is no scrubbing or rinsing, just spraying and

sucking. The problem with that kind of pressure is that it drives the water and some of the dirt to the

carpet backing and subfloor beneath the carpet. It is impossible to extract all the water that deep into

the carpet, therefore leaving SOAKED carpets! This can cause mold and germ growth, and stains to

re-appear as the carpet dries.

We pre-vacuum using our commercial CRB and vacuums to remove as much dry soil as possible. It is a 

proven fact that about 80% of your visible surface stains are dry soil. We then apply our safe encapsulation 

cleaner by lightly spraying the carpet. Then a special pad is used with our machine to scrub your carpet. The 

dirt and moisture is absorbed into the pad. Pads are changed as they collect the dirt. Our machines use a

random orbital motion which scrubs every side of the carpet fibers for an amazing result. This is the most

effective way to remove stains on dirty areas. Carpet is then re vacuumed and re groomed. Carpet dries

usually in as little as 30 min and no longer than 1 hour. Our process will Guarantee the best result and

will also repel dirt and stay cleaner much longer.
